Due to the recent Government announcement Owl Valley Glamping is closed to the public from 5th November 2020 to 2nd December 2020. We will update accordingly.
During these unprecendented and uncertain times, we have been working hard to prepare Owl Valley to safely re-open to the public. We have being paying close attention to advice from the Government, as well as recommendations coming from the camping industry, in order to provide our guests with a clean and peaceful place to recharge and reconnect with nature.
As per the new Government Guidelines, from the 24th September there will be QR codes displayed in each bell tent, cabin and at Steve's Shack. We ask that you abide by the guidelines and check - in on arrival at Owl Valley by scanning the QR code provided or by downloading the NHS COVID-19 APP that is available in the App Store and Google Play. It may be worth while downloading the app before your arrival as signal and 3G/4G is very limited in the valley.
We are unable to accept any group booking larger than 6 and request that there are no more than 6 people at any one time in Steve's Shack.
Social Distancing Our bell tents are spaced at least 30m apart, each with their own cooking facilities, running water, and en-suite (featuring brand new Biolan compost toilets and DIY eco showers). If there are multiple parties on site, some facilities may be operating under revised conditions. However, for additional peace of mind all round, we will gladly keep the site private for large groups, at our discretion.
Please note - the honesty shop is not currently open. However, we will be around each morning to swap ice packs in the cool boxes and are more than happy to help in anyway we can, just ask!
Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are not currently asking for deposits and request that the full balance of your booking is paid no later than 4 weeks before the date of your arrival.
If you have any queries or requests regarding our response to Covid-19, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We thank you for helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment by complying to the guidelines that have been set.
