The Bell Tents

Our beautiful, if a little eclectic, Bell tents are named after some of our resident Owls: Tawny (5 metre), Short Eared (5 metre), and Long Eared (6 metre). They are set on large platforms with table and chairs, so you can relax and dine right outside your door.

The tents are situated along the bottom of the valley close to the stream. Accompanied by Steve's Shack, our recreational space, which has 2x2 gas rings and washing up area, plus seating with games and a log burner and plenty of candles, perfect for those odd rainy evenings.

We also have a small honesty shop where you will be able to pick up some essentials like bread, milk and eggs, this is also where you can pick up freezer packs for the cool boxes provided in the tents.

Please note that due to the corona virus, some of the shared facilities may be opporating under revised conditions; Please be patient with us and respect each others spaces whilst we work to keep Owl Valley as safe and healthy as possible.

Up on the Carriage way, is the cob and stone Beaters Hut (an excellent spot for a bit of star gazing) and hidden away a little further into the woods, is the large campfire site, in the site of the old quarry.
The campfire site is a sheltered spot for getting together, swapping stories of your adventures and roasting a few marshmallows; If you have a little acoustic talent you may even want to have a little campfire sing song.
